NNA - Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova confirmed on Friday that US President Donald Trump showed "restraint" by not hitting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a verbal altercation between them in the White House. 

She wrote on the Telegram website: “I think that Zelensky’s biggest lie of all his lies was his assertion in the White House that the Kiev regime in 2022 was alone, without support,” noting that “Trump and Vance’s refraining from attacking him... is a miracle of self-control.”
