Captagon manufacturing or even simple trafficking requires capital, organized cross-border networks, and considerable logistical equipment. However, we have not yet heard of any arrests of major players in this field, except for the seizure of the merchandise itself and the arrest of some minor individuals. We hope to begin hearing news of the arrest of the 'big heads' after each smuggling operation is unveiled, starting today."
