NNA - The International Organization for Information, Lebanon's Branch, organized, under the auspices of FransaBank, in the presence of caretaker Minister of Information Walid Daouk, a lecture on "successful real estate strategies in time of turmoil", at the Hilton Habtoor Hotel in Sin El-Fil.
Daouk delivered a statement in which he said "the real estate sector today is what makes wealth and protects it."
"One can have a free profession whether a doctor or a lawyer or a merchant, and thus live the luxury without being able to accumulate wealth, but real-estates make and fuel wealth."
"I come from a family that has always had a passion for real estate work," he added, assuring that in difficult times, there should be such opportunities to be seized.
He pointed out that "the public sector, through the Lebanese Central Bank, contributed to the development of the real estate sector in Lebanon by offering loans backed by low interest to developers who respect the environment and the quality standards.
The Minister did not fail to highlight the wise policy adopted by the Central Bank Governor Riad Salameh who earned the support of the world economic references.
