NNA - Marjeyoun - The new municipality of Marjeyoun lit the Christmas tree in the town's square, as firecrackers were launched, under the patronage of Mayor Amal Hourani, St. George's Church Parish Priest, Father Philip Al-Oqla, and Parish Priest of Our Lady of Salvation Church, Father Hanna Al-Khoury, alongside a number of dignitaries from the region and a delegation from the Spanish UNIFIL contingent.

A band from the Indonesian UNIFIL contiongent also played music during the event, which added joy and delight to the celebration.
