NNA - Head of the Alawite Islamic Council, Sheikh Assad Assi, said the Alawite sect totally repudiates any involvement in the recent two blasts that hit Taqwa and Salam Mosques in Tripoli, saying "We are waiting for a legal and national investigation in this concern, away from the least political impact that is linked to foreign projects."
Assi's fresh stance came Thursday in context of a press conference.
He refused summoning head of the Democratic Arab Party Ali Eid by the Information Branch, adding that "the summon can never be accepted and won't pass."
