NNA - House Speaker, Nabih Berri, renewed on Wednesday his dire demand for finalizing a new electoral law the soonest possible, adding that "those who derail public institutions are driving down the local situation into more deterioration."
Berri received a number of deputies in the context of Wednesday's parliamentary gathering.
Separately, Berri received at his residence in Ain Tineh a delegation of the administrative committee members of the World Lebanese Cultural Union (WLCU), headed by Ahmad Nasser. Talks featured high on the condition of Lebanese Diaspora and the current developments in the region.
