NNA - Maronite Patriarch Mar Bechara Boutros Rahi on Tuesday received former ISF chief, Major General Ashraf Rifi, with talks reportedly focused on most recent development in the Northern capital of Tripoli.



Both men specifically deplored the burning of "Al-Sa'eh - The Tourist" bookstore and library in said city.
