NNA - Prime Minister-designate, Tammam Salam welcomed on Wednesday at his Mousaithbeh residence Eritrea's Ambassador to Lebanon, residing in Saudi Arabia, Mohammad Omar Mahmoud, in a farewell visit upon the end of his mission in Lebanon.
Eritrea's Consul in Lebanon, Abdallah Matraji, attended the meeting.
Salam had previously welcomed Beirut Maronite Bishop Boulos Matar and the head of the Maronite General Council, Former Minister Wadih El-Khazen, who invited him to attend Saint Maroun Day celebration in Gemayzé on February, 9, 2014.
Salam also welcomed a delegation of "Beirut Gathering" headed by Mohammad Amine Daouk who said after the meeting that they relayed to the Premier their concerns over the gravity of the situation in the country which demands the formation of a new cabinet as soon as possible.
