NNA - Caretaker Culture Minister, Gaby Layoun, on Wednesday ruled out allegations that Rabieh was holding back cabinet formation efforts, asserting that the Change and Reform bloc is not attached to the Ministry of Water and Energy.
"We utterly refuse attempts to accuse our bloc of hindering cabinet formation," the Minister said, confirming that complications were being fabricated elsewhere.
But the minister noted that concessions did not happen at the expense of abolishing oneself from existence, warning from missing steps in the cabinet formation process.
"There hasn't been any detailed discussion with Aoun regarding the distribution of portfolios," he added.
