NNA - MP Marwan Fares said it's time for the Lebanese state to assume its duties and responsibilities and put terms to the turmoil and the explosions in the country.
Fares said the blasts aimed to incite sectarianism in people's selves. He offered his condolences on the martyrs of the explosion and wishing the wounded persons a speedy recovery.
