NNA - Deputy Ghassan Moukheiber stressed on Monday the need to form a Cabinet and asked "the Lebanese political factions to form a Cabinet which is not linked to international changes."



He asserted that the country could not tolerate anymore deterioration, most recent of which the garbage issue, calling on the Lebanese to cooperate to achieve a speedy consensus.



"All sides should offer concessions concerning the Cabinet for the country's best interest," the MP said, stressing delay in the formation.



The Deputy said that the coming transitional Cabinet would witness the election of a new President, as well the election of deputies based on proportionality to activate the state's cracked institutions.



On the other hand, he told the "Voice of Lebanon" radio that the clashes in Tripoli were painful, stressing the need to dissociate Lebanon, particularly Tripoli. He also asked the security apparatuses to carry out a plan to impose security.
