NNA - A temporary cursory government puts our consciences at rest "Kataeb" party boss, Amine Gemayel told a press conference at his Bikfaya residence today.
A new government must be limited by a definite time table and curtailed powers with the expressed purpose of paving the way for a new presidential election, Gemayel added.
There are three important dates due for us to meet; firstly: electing a new President, then forming a new cabinet and holding parliamentary elections.
The new Parliament according to Gemayel, must have a road plan designed to construct a new government, and chart definite domestic and foreign policies.
A triumph of one group on the other is not our aim rather them realizing Lebanese universal interest, Gemayel exclaimed.
Our contacts with Sleiman, Hariri, the rest of March 14 and the others are in full swing , he disclosed.
The attitude of the "Kataeb" party vis-à -vis and all- encompassing government would be positive , Gemayel pledged.
