NNA - House Speaker Nabih Berri has instructed Deputy Robert Ghanem to head the Lebanese delegation to the summit of Arab parliamentarians in Kuwait.



The 3-day summit opening on January the 18th, will feature "Jerusalem as capital of Palestine" as a main item on its working agenda.



Arab participants are due to discuss a draft to the Kuwait Declaration over Jerusalem as the capital city of Palestine later this evening.
