NNA - Mere convening of the STL in the Hague constitute a great triumph for masking justice, leading March 14 deputy of the House Boutros Harb, stated during an interview on Radio Voice of Lebanon talkshow today.



The STL'S final verdict which is a matter of principle, while sending a clear message to the murderers that they could not get away with impunity, the Tribunal is not designed for vendetta, Harb added.



Votes anticipated by Jumblatt's National Front parliamentarian Bloc, may tip the balance in favour of the presidential electoral date, Harb predicted. He wondered as to how Saad Hariri finds ample guts to partake with Hizbullah on board the same cabinet and, that President Michel Sleiman rejects having his mandate extended for he is aware that such an eventuality contradicts the constitution, he exclaimed.



Conflagrations visited on Lebanon are the logical outcome of the Shia/Sunni strife and ongoing conflict in Syria, Harb concluded.
