NNA - Former PM Saad Hariri strongly censured on Friday the missile attack on Arsal, dubbing it a "horrifying massacre against the innocents of Arsal."


Regardless of its source, the shelling clearly aimed at creating strife and terrorising citizens, according to Hariri.


"I have utter confidence in the long-suffering people of Arsal...that they will dodge this attempt at sedition."


Hariri offered his deepest condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery for the wounded.
