NNA - Beirut First Investigative Judge Ghassan Oueidat concluded his investigations into the Higher Relief Committee (HRC) embezzlement file and referred it to the Public Prosecution Department in Beirut to assess the case.



It is to note that General Ibrahim Bashir and his wife were detained over the HRC embezzlement file.
