NNA - Member of Parliament Ibrahim Kanaan, head of Finance and Budget Commission, said that Lebanon is currently witnessing a critical security and political situation, calling for full support to the Army, and political containment to security situation away from political polarization.



Kanaan told "Voice of Lebanon - Freedom and Dignity", that the opposition rejected a salvation national unity, pointing out that authority and opposition can form a political incubator away from the executive authority.



The MP said that the current circumstances in Lebanon demanded awareness and confrontation for major issues, such as Sidon incidents yesterday.



Kanaan added that these conditions can be realized by unifying positions and fully supporting the state institutions and most notably the Lebanese Army.
