NNA - The Israeli army announced today that it has encircled the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, tightened its control over it, and completed the opening of the Morag corridor, according to "Russia Today".

The Israeli army said in a statement, "Forces from the 36th Division have completed the encirclement of Rafah. Forces from the 188th Brigade and the Golani Brigade have joined forces and established the Morag axis."
