NNA - Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said today that it is no longer possible to enter into talks with Washington unless certain things change.

Araqchi added that the 2015 nuclear agreement cannot be revived in its current form, but it can serve as a model, according to Sky News Arabia.

He pointed out that the refusal to negotiate with the United States stems from past experiences, not stubbornness.
