NNA - The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported that "an explosion rocked the southern Al-Raml neighborhood in Latakia, resulting in the deaths of three people and the injury of 12 others so far."
It added that Civil defense teams and residents are still searching for the injured and missing persons.
