NNA - Israeli colonists Tuesday attacked Haribat al-Nabi ruin area in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, and assaulted Palestinians civilians and their property.

Local sources said that a number of colonists, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, attacked the said area, assaulted citizens with beatings and stones, and ransacked homes, which led to the injury of a local resident with bruises after being beaten, while a man and his wife as a result of being sprayed with pepper gas. The occupation forces also detained a man after assaulting him.

Last month, colonists carried out 230 attacks, concentrated in the governorates of Nablus and Hebron, with 43 attacks each, Ramallah with 38, and Jerusalem with 25.

They also carried out 68 acts of vandalism and theft of Palestinian property.--WAFA
