NNA - The Gaza Civil Defense announced that there had been an Israeli artillery shelling east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, while the Israeli army said that it was “verifying” the reports in this regard. 

The Civil Defense said in a brief statement, “Artillery shelling and shooting from Israeli tanks targeted the border areas of the town of Abasan Al-Kabira, east of the city of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip,” quoted by “Agence France-Presse.”
