NNA - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday that Israel is ready to resume fighting in the Gaza Strip "at any moment," pledging to achieve the goals of the war "whether through negotiations or by other means," according to Sky News Arabia.
Netanyahu added in a graduation ceremony for officers in the Tel Aviv area: "We are ready to resume intensive fighting at any moment. In Gaza, we have eliminated most of the organized Hamas forces, but there is no doubt that we will achieve the goals of the war in full, whether through negotiations or by other means."
Netanyahu called for the evacuation of southern Syria from the forces of the new regime, stressing that he would not be lenient with the threat to the Druze community.
He said that Tel Aviv would not allow the forces of the new Syrian regime to deploy south of Damascus.
