NNA - The Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, denounced “in the strongest terms” the statements of the Prime Minister of the occupying state regarding the transfer of Palestinians to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, stressing that “the logic on which they are based is unacceptable and reflects a complete separation from reality.”
Jamal Rushdi, the official spokesman for the Secretary-General, quoted Aboul Gheit as confirming that “the Palestinian state will only be established on the land of Palestine, which was occupied in 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital, and its territory as the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, without separation between them," and that "any other ideas are nothing more than illusions that do not exist except in the minds of those who utter them.”
