NNA - At least ten people were killed in gunfire by gunmen who attacked the Alawite residents of Hama province in central Syria on Friday night, as reported by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights on Saturday, according to "Agence France-Presse".
The Observatory said, "Armed men committed a massacre that claimed the lives of 10 citizens in the village of Arza in the northern Hama countryside, which is inhabited by citizens from the Alawite sect" to which ousted President Bashar al-Assad belongs, noting that they opened fire with "individual weapons equipped with silencers."
