NNA - Damascus - Syrian Prime Minister Mohammad al-Bashir met with the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross Mirjana Spoljaric Egger and her accompanying delegation.

On the other hand, the Syrian caretaker Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani discussed in a phone call with Qatari Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Mohammed al-Khulaifi, ways to support and develop the cooperation relations between the two countries.

The two sides also discussed the latest developments in Syria and humanitarian aid efforts to relieve the Syrian people.

Al-Khulaifi stressed Qatar's continued support for Syria in all fields, especially humanitarian and developmental, to achieve the aspirations of the Syrian people.
