NNA - The Hamas movement announced on Wednesday that “new conditions” imposed by Israel led to the postponement of reaching a ceasefire agreement in Gaza, but it described the ongoing negotiations in Doha as “serious,” according to “Agence France-Presse.”
It said in a statement, "The occupation set new issues and conditions related to withdrawal, ceasefire, prisoners, and the return of the displaced, which delayed reaching the agreement that was available."
It added, "The ceasefire and prisoner exchange negotiations are proceeding seriously in Doha, with Qatari and Egyptian mediation, and the movement has shown responsibility and flexibility."
