NNA ' "Russia Today" reported that large displacement is taking place in the city of Aleppo in northwestern Syria, and crowding at its entrance towards the Al-Safira area in the south, after the spread of militants in its neighbourhoods.

The agency added that the armed factions control the city of Maarat al-Numan in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and the “Abu al-Duhur” airport in eastern Aleppo and the surrounding countryside.

The Syrian newspaper Al-Watan said that the joint Syrian-Russian warplanes were targeting terrorist sites on the outskirts of Jisr al-Shughur, west of Idlib Governorate, with several raids.

The newspaper pointed out that there were violent clashes between the Syrian army and armed groups southeast of Idlib.

It was reported that after midnight on Friday-Saturday, the Syrian Air Force targeted terrorist supplies in the vicinity of the city of Aleppo.
