NNA - A source in the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, a group of armed factions allied with Iran, said that militants launched several attacks on Israel using cruise missiles on Thursday, according to Reuters.

The source explained to Reuters that the attack was carried out with several Arqab cruise missiles and targeted Tel Aviv for the first time.

The "Islamic Resistance in Iraq" claimed responsibility for dozens of missile and drone attacks on American forces in Iraq and Syria and on targets in Israel since the outbreak of war in Gaza on October 7.

Israel does not officially comment on the attacks for which Iraqi armed factions claim responsibility.
