NNA - Interim Egyptian President, Adli Mansour, issued a presidential decree assigning Mohammad Ahmad Farid as new head of Intelligence.
Farid's predecessor, Mohammad Rafat Shahatah, was assigned as security consultant of the President of the Republic.
