NNA - Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant announced from Washington on Monday that Israel will not stop its war in Gaza as long as Hamas does not release the hostages, after the UN Security Council voted in favor of an "immediate ceasefire," according to Agence France-Presse.

“We have no moral justification to stop the war as long as there are hostages in Gaza,” Gallant said before a meeting with White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
