NNA - No feasible agreement or peace with Israel is possible without East Jerusalem as capital of the Palestinian State, Mahmoud Abbas spokesperson Nabil Abu Rudeineh, stressed in a press release in Ramallah today.



The least the Palestinian Authority (P.A.), would agree to, is the full recovery of East Jerusalem as a Palestinian capital without which there will be no negotiations, Abu Rudeineh retorted. We shall not negotiate without the return of 1948 refugees and the release of all detainees in Israeli jails, he concluded.
