NNA - UNIFIL spokesperson Andrea Tenenti said, “Reports about UNIFIL peacekeepers informing LAF and asking people in Aita al-Shaab and other villages in south Lebanon to evacuate their homes are untrue and baseless.”

“UNIFIL continues to work in support of the Lebanese Armed Forces as they re-deploy across south Lebanon,” added Tenenti.
