NNA – House Speaker, Nabih Berri, on Wednesday welcomed at the second presidential headquarters in Ain El-Tineh, French presidential envoy Jean-Yves Le Drian, in the presence of French Ambassador to Lebanon, Hervé Magro, and Speaker Berri’s Advisor Dr. Mahmoud Berri.
The meeting reportedly addressed developments in Lebanon and the broad region, political updates, and bilateral relations between Lebanon and France.
On the other hand, Speaker Berri followed up on political developments during his meeting with former Deputy Prime Minister and former Interior Minister, Engineer Elias Murr, in the presence of MP Michel Murr.
