NNA - Relatives of former lawmaker Gebran Tawq blocked the Ainata-Arz international highway today to protest the removal of an amphitheater the latter had built to celebrate his son's wedding, National News Agency correspondent in Besharri reported Tuesday.



Security forces intervened to disperse the crowds.



The squatter removal comes within a fresh campaign launched by the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities.
