NNA - National News Agency correspondent reported that attempts are being made by demonstrators to block the sub-interchange on the old airport road leading to the eastern side of the highway, using burning tires, while army units are working to prevent them by firing tear gas bombs.

Cases of suffocation were recorded due to these bombs, which were treated on ground by the Civil Defense ambulance personnel.

Arrmy untis later reopened the road in both directions.
