NNA - At dawn today, an Israeli military force was seen infiltrating from the outskirts of Dhaira towards the town's center where it positioned itself on the main road. Shortly afterwards, the enemy army bombed the remaining houses in the town.

Also starting 7:30 this morning, the town of Aita al-Shaab was subjected to a combing operation with heavy machine guns and tank shells, at a time when the enemy army also carried out bombing operations on homes in the town.

A Merkava tank and military vehicles infiltrated towards houses on the outskirts of Maroun al-Ras in the direction of the city of Bint Jbeil, as its units fired machine-gun rounds towards the surrounding houses.

In the Arqoub area, two enemy “Hummer” and “Pick-up” vehicles moved towards the Majidiya area and Wadi Khansa, accompanied by an enemy drone that flew in the airspace of the region at low altitude.

Meanwhile, search operations are continuing for the bodies of the martyrs in a number of towns from which the enemy army withdrew and to which the Lebanese army entered. 

As of this afternoon, military aircraft overflights were recorded in the airspace of most of the south. Simultaneously, enemy drones covered the airspace of a number of southern regions at low levels.

Shortly after midnight, enemy bombings targeting Aita al-Shaab, Yaroun, and Kafr Kila were recorded.
