NNA - The Municipality of Naqoura issued the following statement: “The Lebanese Army has begun deploying in its positions in the town of Naqoura. To facilitate the passage of its vehicles and the entry of its logistical and technical teams into the town, and in coordination with the Lebanese Army and the relevant official authorities, residents will be informed of the timing and plan for the return as soon as the necessary information is available."

The municipality thus emphasized that citizens' safe return will be exclusively with the support of a force from the Lebanese Army and civil defense teams after verifying that there is no possible danger, in order to avoid any unforeseen consequences.
