NNA - Israeli enemy forces on Thursday handed over Lebanese citizen, Houssam Fawaz, to UNIFIL and the Lebanese Red Cross after shooting him in the head and abducting him in Wadi al-Hujeir. 

Fawaz was transported by a Lebanese Army ambulance for medical care. 

The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
