NNA - Israeli enemy forces violated the ceasefire agreement in the districts of Tyre and Bint Jbeil, launching a series of airstrikes on several villages and towns in the area.
Although Israel announced the cessation of operations just before midnight, its aircraft resumed activity before dawn on Tuesday, deploying flares and thermal balloons over Ayta al-Shaab.
The heightened tensions have disrupted the daily lives of residents, many of whom had only recently returned from displacement. Fear of renewed hostilities looms large among the population.
In Tyre, civil defense teams, Islamic Health Society medical responders, and other aid organizations began returning the remains of martyrs to their final resting places.
Dr. Wissam Ghazal, head of Tyre District’s Medical Office, reported that 192 individuals were killed. “The Ministry of Public Health, Civil Defense, the Union of Tyre District Municipalities, Tyre Municipality, and the Disaster Unit of the Municipal Union are all working together to ensure these humanitarian efforts are carried out effectively,” Ghazal stated.
