NNA - The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon announced in statement No. 1 that it carried out a defensive warning strike on Monday evening targeting the Rwaisat Al-Alam site, an Israeli military position in the occupied Lebanese hills of Kfarchouba. 

The action came in response to repeated Israeli breaches of the ceasefire agreement, which took effect on the morning of Wednesday, November 27, 2024. 

According to the statement, these violations include gunfire against civilians, airstrikes in various regions of Lebanon that have caused civilian casualties and injuries, and ongoing Israeli aerial incursions, including flights over Beirut.  

The statement further noted that "efforts to address these breaches through the relevant authorities have been unsuccessful," prompting the measured response. 

Concluding the statement, the group warned, "He who warns is excused."
