NNA - Israeli enemy warplanes launched a series of nighttime airstrikes on commercial and residential areas in Nabatieh, targeting areas previously threatened by the Israeli enemy’s military. 

Four airstrikes, the most severe since the onset of the offensive, struck central Nabatieh, destroying a major commercial center and the Khayyat Center within the city.

In another strike, an Israeli aircraft targeted an Islamic Health Society facility in Arabsalim, killing six paramedics. 

The fallen medical workers were identified as Mustafa Hannawi, Hassan Aboud, Mohammad Hannawi, Ahmad Abbas, Abboud Ahmad, Mahmoud Aboud, and Abbas Aboud.

The renewed air raids targeted Nabatieh’s al-Serail, al-Midan, and al-Maslak neighborhoods, along with the districts of Bir al-Qandil, al-Rahibat, and the university area. 

The attacks extended to Upper Nabatieh’s public squares, al-Rweis, and other neighborhoods surrounding al-Qard al-Hassan and the city’s central commercial area. Ten airstrikes blanketed Nabatieh in what residents described as a “ring of fire,” leaving devastation near the Rivoli Mall and al-Amana Station.

Among those killed were civilians Fadl and Hassan Mansour, Jawad al-Sabouri, and Hussein Mansour near the Rivoli Mall. Several others sustained injuries. Louai al-Moussawi was also killed in Upper Nabatieh, where his family had previously died in an Israeli airstrike at the beginning of the conflict.

The strikes reached a wide range of locations, including Yahmur al-Shakif, al-Taybeh, Qana, Ankoun, Jbaa, Barghuz, Saf al-Hawa in Bint Jbeil, Houmine al-Fawqa, Habboush, al-Khiyam, Mayfoun, Arabsalim, Majdal Silm, Choukine, and Bint Jbeil, leaving extensive destruction in their wake.
