NNA - The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon on Monday issued several statements, announcing a series of military operations targeting Israeli positions in support of the Palestinian people and in defense of Lebanon.

In a statement issued on Monday, the Islamic Resistance said that its fighters launched a rocket attack on the Goren settlement.

"In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza and in solidarity with their honorable resistance, and in defense of Lebanon and its people, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance targeted the Goren settlement with a rocket salvo," the statement read.

In a separate statement, the Islamic Resistance reported that on the same day, its forces carried out an aerial attack using a squadron of precision-guided drones on an Israeli military gathering in the Avivim settlement. "In solidarity with the heroic resistance in Gaza and in defense of Lebanon, the Islamic Resistance launched a successful drone strike on an Israeli military target in Avivim, hitting the objectives with precision," it said.

Another statement further detailed another artillery strike, in which the Islamic Resistance targeted an Israeli military gathering in Avivim. The group claimed that the strike caused significant damage to enemy forces.

The Islamic Resistance also reported another artillery attack, this time targeting an Israeli military presence on the eastern outskirts of the town of Maroun al-Ras.
