The enemy's warplanes targeted a building in the Kayyal neighborhood on the outskirts of Baalbek, and the third raid destroyed the al-Rida Grill Café and Restaurant in Baalbek, opposite the Ras al-Ain Park, and a few dozen meters from Baalbek Governmental Hospital, while the fourth raid targeted the al-Laqees neighborhood inside Baalbek.
