NNA - Tensions flared in Beirut's Hamra street on Monday as clashes broke out between displaced individuals and members of the Internal Security Forces (ISF). 

The confrontation occurred during an attempt by the ISF to evacuate the "Hamra Star" building, located on Hamra Street, near the Central Bank and across from Fransabank.

Protesters reacted by blocking the road in front of the building, setting tires on fire, and expressing intense anger over the eviction. 

The incident led to a temporary road closure, with security forces working to restore order.
