NNA - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that a Russian ballistic missile attack on the center of the northeastern Ukrainian city of Sumy on Sunday left "dozens dead and wounded."

Zelenskyy wrote on social media: "A horrific Russian ballistic missile attack on Sumy...According to preliminary data, dozens of civilians were killed and wounded," adding, "This on a day when people go to church: Palm Sunday...Only scoundrels do this," according to Agence France-Presse.
