NNA -  Finance Minister, Yassin Jaber, on Wednesday met with Acting Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon, Wassim Mansouri, at his office in the ministry.

Mansouri briefed Minister Jaber on the current banking and monetary situation and the measures taken by the Central Bank of Lebanon in this regard.

Mansouri also presented the preparations for the plan related to bank deposits.

Minister Jaber also received a delegation from the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants, headed by its President, Elie Abboud, who briefed him on the conferences to be held by the Syndicate in Beirut on the topics of accounting and auditing.  

 Jaber stressed to the delegation the importance of cooperation between the Ministry of Finance and the Syndicate.
