NNA - Minister of Industry, George Boujikian, on Wednesday commented on the cabinet's decision to approve the draft bill submitted by the Ministry of Industry to organize the work of the Lebanese Council for Accreditation “Colibac” by means of defining its structure, the tasks of its administrative and technical units, the qualifications, experience, employment conditions, as well as ranks and salaries in a way that secures the council's impartiality and independence.

“This bill that has been underway since 2008 allows the council to kickstart its work, and it is the last remaining in a series of regulatory decrees to implement the Lebanese Accreditation Council’s establishment law,” Boujikian said in a statement.
