NNA - Minister of Public Works and Transportation, Ali Hamieh, on Monday welcomed Armenian Ambassador to Lebanon, Vahagn Atabekyan. 

During the meeting, the pair discussed Lebanese-Armenian bilateral relations, and a request by the newly established Armenian National Airliner to open an air route between the two countries for one or two flights per week. 

For his part, Minister Hamieh expressed his readiness to study the request submitted to the General Directorate of Civil Aviation.
