NNA - Energy and Water Minister, Jibran Bassil, explained on Thursday in a press conference held at his office the operation procedures of Deir Ammar power plant project.



Bassil presented the levels of the tender over executing the plant project, after the cabinet decided to run a new tender over the project.



The minister said that his work always abided by laws in this concern, calling for a wide participation in the tender to be held.
